Post Occupancy Evaluation Tool Development
IEQResearch.com was developed as a part of ongoing Post Occupancy Evaluation methodology research at Massey University.
POE is an essential measure of how a building ranks against key performance indicators. It identifies performance improvement opportunities in building design and day-to-day operation.
At the School of Built Environment at Massey University, a group of researchers are working on a novel POE tool (POET) that provides a digitalised user-centric POE protocol to monitor and predict long-term users' energy use and comfort behaviour without the inaccuracy of traditional methods.
